We produce fresh or frozen raw proteins made to our customer's specifications. Our products may be used for further processing or in restaurants, hospitality, and institutional facilities.

We can safely manufacture up to 100,000 pounds of ground products per day during a single shift.

We use frequent machine inspections, visual inspections, metal and x-ray technologies to detect and remove foreign material, bone, and other defects from our finished products.

We manufacture proteins in bulk combos, box-with-liner, wax-lined boxes, or tube (chub) packages, with weights from 1 pound to 2,000 pounds per unit.

We can make tubes of sizes ranging from 16 ounces (1 pound) up to 20 pounds.

Both. We have the ability to mix, grind, and package fresh or frozen proteins. We have the ability to grind 0F frozen meat with our block breakers and frozen meat grinders.
