X-RAY inspection
Our capabilities include a state-of-the-art in-line X-ray system (Anritsu) which scans finished goods on a belt, providing bone detection and hard foreign material detection with automated rejection. Our system is highly precise, capable of detecting bone chips as small as 1.5mm before they reach the grinder's bone collector, and rejecting steel objects as tiny as 0.7mm, ensuring the utmost product safety and quality.
VISUAL inspection & METAL DETECTION
Our visual inspection program includes multiple human engagements on the processing line to assess all raw materials before they enter processing. Additionally, we employ in-line metal detection to ensure incoming raw material are free from metal contaminants originating from our suppliers.
