Mixing
Our batch sizes for sausage or ground beef mixes are up to 4,000-pounds. Our mixing process is temperature-controlled and developed to meet our customers blending needs. We aim to meet exact specifications and elevate our customers’ quality standards in the marketplace.
FRESH OR FROZEN GRINDing
Our grinders boast versatile capabilities, accommodating both fresh and frozen (0°F) processing across a wide-variety of cut sizes based on your specific requirements, product availability, or cost optimization strategies. The flexibility of our varying grinder plate sizes ensures we meet your precise requirements effectively.
Stuffing& Portioning
Our stuffing machines can package raw proteins in tubes ranging from 1-pound to 20-pounds, or links of varying sizes and casing types.
High Throughput
We can process totes / combos of product for customers who need high volumes— delivering an impressive throughput of up to 15,000 pounds per hour. This allows us to streamline our operations and meet the demands of your business with full confidence.
X-RAY Product inspection
Our capabilities include a state-of-the-art in-line X-ray which scans finished goods, providing bone detection and foreign material detection with automated rejection. Our system is highly precise, capable of detecting calcified bone fragments as small as 1.5mm, and rejecting hard objects such as steel as small as 0.7mm, ensuring the utmost product safety and quality for our customers.
VISUAL & METAL DETECTION
Our visual detection platform includes a human inspection step to thoroughly assess all raw materials before they enter the grinding phase. Additionally, we employ in-line metal detection to ensue incoming raw materials are free from metal contaminants or other foreign material hazards originating from the supply facility.
